1. Information we collect

You provide

• Account details: username, display name, and profile preferences you set (e.g. profile icon).
• Authentication: when you use Google or Sign in with Apple, we process identifiers and tokens those services provide. A demo sign-in may exist solely for App Store review and authenticates only against our servers as disclosed to Apple.
• Support or feedback you send by email or through the App.

Gameplay and social

• Scores, ranks, levels, match history, power usage, lives and regeneration, coins and in-app progression, tutorial flags, and related gameplay tied to your account.
• Data needed for friends, requests, user search, and leaderboards (e.g. username and ranking surfaces visible to others as designed).

Device and technical

• Device model, OS version, locale or time zone where relevant.
• Limited operational logs for security and reliability.
• Advertising identifiers where permitted by the platform and your choices (see Advertising).

Push notifications

If you opt in: push tokens and your notification preference toggles so we can deliver gameplay or account-related alerts.

2. How we use information

We use this information to operate accounts and gameplay; sync progress; deliver notifications you allow; show advertisements where integrated; secure the service and enforce terms; and comply with applicable law.

We do not sell personal information for cash in the traditional sense. Advertising partners may process data under their policies when ads are displayed.

3. Third-party services

The App relies on processors and integrations whose policies govern their processing, including:

• Google — Firebase, Google Sign-In, Cloud Messaging, and Google Mobile Ads (and mediated networks loaded by that SDK).
• Apple — Sign in with Apple and Apple Push Notification service.
• GCP (Google Cloud Platform) — APIs and databases that host profiles and gameplay data.

4. Advertising

We may show ads through Google Mobile Ads. Ad networks may use advertising IDs and similar technologies. Use your device settings (e.g. Limit Ad Tracking, Ask App Not to Track) and vendor tools where applicable.

5. Retention

We retain account and gameplay data while your account is active and as needed for legitimate operations (e.g. backups, disputes). You may request deletion as described below. Some aggregated or de-identified data may be retained.

6. Security

We use reasonable safeguards such as encryption in transit for API traffic (TLS) and access controls on servers. No method is 100% secure.

7. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe we collected a child's data without proper consent, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

8. International transfers

If you access the App from outside the country where servers are located, data may be processed in other regions (e.g. United States or EU). We apply safeguards as required by applicable law.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object or withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.

To exercise rights, email 0xmysticmind@gmail.com from the address associated with your account or include your username. We may verify identity before fulfilling requests.

California: You may have CPRA-related rights including disclosure, deletion, and opt-out of certain sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.

EU/UK: You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy and change the date above. Continued use after updates may constitute acceptance unless applicable law requires more.
